She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Weston Stoute and Bertha Lantier; her husband Adam Hubert Maitre; her sons, Shannon and Shane Maitre; and her brothers, Norbert Stoute and John Ray Stoute.

She is survived by : her children, Sheila Maitre Hector (Philip) and Derrick Paul Maitre (Jessica); her grandchildren, Jada Hector, Jodi Babineaux, McKenzie Maitre, Fallon Bearb, Katelyn Gautreaux, Coltin Maitre and Callie Maitre; and her great grandchildren, Liam Babineaux, Olivia Babineaux, Rheese Morvant, Baylin Ray and Zaylex Wade.
