He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Guidry and Beatrice Hernandez Guidry; and his sister Sandra Ashy. He is survived by: his wife Stella Angelle Guidry; his daughter Stefanie Guidry (Shane Rushing); his granddaughter Angelle Meche; his stepmother Grace Guidry; and his siblings, Michael Guidry and Bonnie White.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Stephen's memory to Hospice of Acadiana, the American Lung Association, or Cancer Centers of America.
