He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Arthur and Boston Arthur; his brothers, Gary Arthur and Douglas Arthur; his brother-in-law Danny Smallwood; and his grandparents, Claude, Joy Carter, Jefferson and Lula Arthur.
He is survived by: his cousin Kenny Carter (Frasier Hospital); his siblings, James Arthur of Shreveport, LA, Karen Lajune Smallwood (Arthur) of Gainesville, GA, Rhonda Murray (Troy) of Coushatta, LA and Richard Arthur (Kameron) of Lansing, MI; and his sister-in-law Fay Arthur of Milam, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
