He was predeceased by : his father John Rho Ellis; and his son Mark G. Ellis. He is survived by : his parent I. B. Ellis; his children, Patrick Ellis and Beverly Ellis Stark (John L. Stark); his grandchildren, Destin Gibson (Austin Gibson), Matt Young, Quentin Moon, Gavin Stark, Taylor Ellis and Jilian Ellis; his great grandchildren, Ava Tanner, Braxton Young, Riverlee Young and Waco Boyd; and his brother John Rho Ellis, Jr. (Barbara Ellis).
