He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henry Hall and Ida Martha Hudnall Hall; his wife Norma Bauman Hall; and his siblings, Thomas Franklin Hall, James Hudnall Hall, William Allen Hall, John Olen Hall, Sidney Perry Hall, Leo Bryant Hall and Mary Virginia Lane.
He is survived by: his sisters, Frances Maureen McGee and Carol Elaine Snead; his siblings-in-law, Gloria Hall and Phillip Lane; his children, Donna Hall Brooks (Lon Leo Brooks) of Texarkana, Texas and Carl Leon Hall, Jr. (Susan Bell Hall) of Shreveport, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Renee Allen, Austin Michael Hall (Mandi Waltman Hall), Chase Ryan Hall (Mikayla McIntyre Hall), Taylor Reed Hall and Parker John Hall; and his great grandchildren, Cameron Jones, Hooper Austin Hall, Piper Jean Hall and Marlowe Messer Hall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Think First, Texas Children's Heart Center, or St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
