It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L Holloway of Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Stone and Jessie David Holloway; and his brother Harold H. Holloway. He is survived by: his wife Juanice Camell Holloway; his sons, David L. Holloway, Jr. (Kelly) of Shreveport, Steven M. Holloway (Debbie) of Shreveport, Jeffrey M. Holloway (Debbie) of Shreveport and John C. Holloway; and his grandchildren, Alison Moore (Cody), Stephanie Pittman (Matt), Katie Carmichael (Jared), David L. Holloway III (Britney), Megan Raymond (Alex), Jeffrey M. Holloway, Jr. (Sydney) and Caroline Boyter (John Paul). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Holy Angels, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
