He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Meacham, Sr. and Jamie McCoy (Stephen McCoy); his significant other Tina Stone; his grandchildren, Jeremy Meacham, Jr. (Kaci Meacham), Trevyn Ogden (Dustin Meacham), Cameron Meacham, William McCoy and Tinley Ogden; his sisters, Delores Festervan, Virginia Stewart and Belinda Jones; and his brother-in-law Danny Jones. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Homes - Shreveport Southside (2500 Southside Dr, Shreveport, LA 71118). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Veterans Cemetery (7970 Mike Clark Rd, Keithville, LA 71047).
