We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2025, at the age of 53, David Smith Sr. (Shreveport, Louisiana) passed away. He is survived by: his parents, Sylvia Montgomery and Charles B. Crawford; his children, Olivia, Courtney, David Jr., Desmond, Damien, Blaine, Annelies and Eva; and his siblings, Charles Crawford, Verena Ardison and Kimberly Crawford. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Centuries Memorial Funeral Home (8801 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, LA 71108). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
