He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee Pennington and Emma Lois Pennington Jones; and his stepfather Max Henry Jones. He is survived by: his sister Cassandra Law (Charlie); his sons, Timothy Walton (Anquitra), Matthew Pennington and Christian Pennington; his grandchildren, Adesina Walton, Aiden Walton, Aaron Walton and Alexander Walton; his sibling's children, Joia Pennington Tippens, Jeremy Law and Joshua Law; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kirah Tippens, Skylar Grace Law, Daylon Tippens and Cameron Tippens. He is also survived by relatives and great friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Life United Church (4425 Meriwether Rd, Shreveport, LA 71109).
