With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fay Culpepper of Shreveport, Louisiana, born in Rosepine, Louisiana, who passed away on October 25, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bailey and Elizabeth Gill Bailey; and her husband Fred H. Culpepper, Sr.. She is survived by: her niece Kathy Bailey Miller; her son Fred H. Culpepper, Jr. (Crecia) of Stonewall; and her granddaughters, Wendy K. Williams (Jim) of Missouri and Katie Hayden (Scott) of Shreveport.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Order of Eastern Star, VFW or Samaritans' Purse.
