He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fred Luker and Mary Lou Tullos Luker; his parents-in-law, Malvern Joseph Castrogiovanni, Sr. and Patricia McCann Castrogiovanni; and his grandparents, Frank L. Luker, Lilah Luker, Charles W. Tullos, Lela Mae Tullos, Johnnie B. McCann and James Loye McCann.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Castrogiovanni Luker; his sons, Anthony Wayne Luker and Christopher Cody Luker; his granddaughters, Oaklynn MacKenzie Luker and Sunny Kate Luker; his brothers, William Fred Luker Jr. of Shreveport, LA and Donald Ray Luker (Brandy) of Covington, LA; and his siblings-in-law, Denise Castrogiovanni McKelvain (David Wayne McKelvain) of Hosston, LA and Malvern Joseph Castrogiovanni, Jr. (Cheryl Ball Castrogiovanni) of Texarkana, TX. He is also survived by one nephew and six nieces.
