He is survived by: his wife Nancy Dees Mullins; his children, Gerry Dale Mullins, Jr. (Ana Oscos Mullins) of Houston and Christina Mullins Bounds (Tab Bounds) of Shreveport; his grandchildren, Lindsey Bounds, Gerry Dale Mullins III and Aaron Mullins; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Tate of Alabama, Carla Roberts of Oklahoma, Don Mullins Jr. of Texas and Mark Mullins of Colorado.
