Glenda Faye (Gillespie) Webb Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenda Faye (Gillespie) Webb of Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on November 24, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gillespie and Lucille Tillery Gillespie; and her sisters, Betty Jean Woods and Billie Lucille Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Ben F. Webb; her daughters, Sheila Webb Barritt (Charlie) and Julie Webb Thompson (Garry); her grandchildren, Jason Wells Barritt (Holly), Timothy Thompson (Megan), Christopher Thompson, Lauren Harper (Beau) and Tiffany Thompson Busch (Michael); her great grandchildren, Alayna, Liam, Amelia Barritt, Axel, Atlas Harper, Theron, Willow, Stone Thompson and Bella Busch; her grandson Beau; and her sons-in-law, Charlie and Garry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Centuries Memorial Funeral Home (8801 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, LA 71108). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
