He was predeceased by: his parents, Doreen Atkinson Rushing and Jim Rushing. He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie (Benny) and Mark (Cherrie); his siblings' children, Chad Rushing, Christi Turner, Jennifer Lucas and Michael Motschman; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan Lucas, Mia Lucas, Jayce Turner, Peyton Motschman, Callie Turner and Tessa Lucas; and his extended family England.
