He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kevin Howard and Mary Myrtle Coomes; his wife Jacqueline Jackson Howard; and his siblings, Charles Gilbert Howard and Doris Jean Howard Schwartz.
He is survived by: his children, Father Joseph Carl Howard Jr., Kim Wicker (Ronald) and Cynthia Rachal (Andrew); his grandchildren, Justin Wicker (Mandy), Emily Vincent (Jarred), Claire McDonald (Kade), Mason Wicker (Aubrie) and Sydney Moss (Mark); and his sisters, Wila Dobric (Roy), Mary Kevin Kittenger and Joyce Ann Lane (Danny).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Osborn Funeral Home (3631 Southern Ave, Shreveport, LA 71104). A vigil service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
