Lucile Kennemer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucile Kennemer of Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on July 13, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George James Westbrook, Sr. and Alma Lucile Hamilton Westbrook; her grandparents, David Philip Hamilton and Ruth Atkins Hamilton; and her siblings, George James Westbrook, Jr. and Mary Victoria Westbrook Horton.
She is survived by: her children, Caleb Kennemer and Ruth Kennemer; her granddaughter Anna-Kate Wolf; her brother Phil Westbrook (Kay); and her sister-in-law Kathy Westbrook of Albuquerque, NM. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Osborn Funeral Home (3631 Southern Ave, Shreveport, LA 71104).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Holy Angels (https://www.laholyangels.org) or the Mr. and Mrs. David P. Hamilton Endowed Scholarship of Centenary College of Louisiana.
