He is survived by: his father Richard VanTiem; his wife Virginia VanTiem; his daughters, Kelly Herring and Dianna Mathews; his stepdaughter Karen Coddington; his siblings, John David VanTiem and Julia VanTiem Martin; his grandchildren, Alexis Valenti, Michael Herring, Gabriel Herring, Kimber Herring, Katelynn Mathews, Jacob Shofner and Marian Shofner; and his siblings' children, Mindy Thomas, John Brandon VanTiem and Julian Martin. He is also survived by his family, friends and his co-workers.
