She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Mitchell and Nettie Mitchell; and her son-in-law Scott Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Harry Lee Lowery; her children, Michael Lowery (Debbie) and Dianne Lowery Hayes; her grandchildren, Jessica Heflin, Justin Lowery (Melissa), Daniel Hayes (Desiray) and Kyle Lowery (Meghan); and her great grandchildren, Micah Heflin, Sara Heflin, Caroline Lowery, Scott Hayes, Addison Hayes, Adah Hayes and Emma Bounds.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home - Shreveport Marshall (1815 Marshall St, Shreveport, LA 71101). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home (1815 Marshall St, Shreveport, LA 71101).
