He is survived by: his wife Kathy Brooks Daniel; his brother Donald Daniel (Doris) of Samson, Alabama; his daughters, Amanda Daniel Phillips (Carl) and Shannon Daniel Cory (Chris); his stepchildren, Jan Brooks Manning (Jeff) and Jimbo Brooks (Brandi); and his grandchildren, Joseph Daniel Pierce, Dalton Lee Pierce, Kaylie Cory, Caleb Phillips (Rae), Lauren Phillips (Josh), Kourtney Kale, Caitlyn Kale, Jimmy Brooks (Joy), Molly Brooks and Peyton Mooney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
