Pee Carter of Shreveport, LA; his children, April Carter of San Antonio, TX, Eric, Natalie Carter of Rockwall, TX, Kyle and Misty Waldon of DeBerry, TX; his grandchildren, Giancarlo Franco, Madison Speights, Brooklyn Speights and Hayden Carter; and his brother Delma (Betty Carter). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and loving friends.
