She was predeceased by: her parent Russell Nelson; her husband Tom Wilson; and her siblings, Jesse, Linnie, Libby and Doris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice M. Wilson and Sherri W. Klepper; and her granddaughter Dr. Emily L. Klepper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home (2500 Southside Dr, Shreveport, LA 71118). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery (8801 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, LA 71108).
