She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Devalcourt and Grace Thibodeaux Devalcourt; her siblings, Joel Devalcourt, Bill Devalcourt, Frank Devalcourt, Renae Elbert and Veronica Devalcourt; and her grandsons, Dwain Nettles and Joseph Dyess, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Lee Roy Palmer III (Angela) of Zwolle, Louisiana and Tamra Bass (Nicholas) of Bossier City, Louisiana; her siblings, Irene Foshee of Anacoco, Louisiana, Chris Lawrence (Marlene) of Fairhope, Gary Devalcourt (Priscilla) of Opelousas and Olan Devalcourt of Pensacola, Florida; her grandchildren, Haylie Dyess (Josh Behan) and Tristan Palmer; her granddaughter-in-law Samantha White; her stepgrandchildren, Christopher Anderson (Victoria) and Marrisa Anderson; her great grandchildren, Zane Behan, Kambriella Behan, Joshua Nettles and Tytus Nettles; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Max Weathy, Lucas Lapar, Joshua, Carter and Adaline Anderson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 6773 Texas Hwy, Many, LA 71449.
