Faries (Katie); and her grandchildren, Rowan Miller, Layton Clark, Easton Clark, Emmit Faries, Noel Faries and Jack Faries. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Homes - Shreveport Southside (2500 Southside Dr, Shreveport, LA 71118). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to The Arbor Day Foundation, First Methodist Church in Shreveport, LA, or Karnack Methodist Church in Karnack, TX.
