He is survived by: his wife Jewel Carter Bell; his children, Jana Bell Guillotte (Sean), Julian Shane Bell (Dana) and Brenda Bell Zimmermann (Jim); his grandchildren, Dailey Joy Foster, Thomas Jadyn Foster (Hannah), Carson James Zimmermann, Madalyn Bell Smith (Jon Austin), Julian Blake Bell and Addison Claire Bell; his great grandchild Laikyn Claire Smith; and his uncle Wilfred Carter of Panama City, FL..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home (1815 Marshall St, Shreveport, LA 71101). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Centuries Memorial Park (8801 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, LA 71108).
