He was predeceased by: his daughter Sage Chick Diaz; his grandparents, Ursula Centorbi Weaver and Charles Centorbi, Jr.; his stepgrandfather Sidney Weaver; and his grandparents, Alfred Diaz and Dorothy Verrett Diaz.
He is survived by: his parents, Glenn E. Diaz and Barbara Centorbi Zerrahn; his son Elijah David Diaz; his stepfather Gregory; his sisters, Rechelle Brooks (Ed) and Dana Diaz; and his stepson Ian Armstrong (Jennifer Melton Diaz).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home (701 W Virtue St, Chalmette, LA 70043). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
