She is survived by: her husband Keith Stephens of Sicily Island; her children, Misty Stephens of West Monroe and Patrick Stephens of West Monroe; her grandchildren, Nathan Stephens of West Monroe, Braeden Stephens of West Monroe and Winston Stephens of West Monroe; her sister Becky Harrington of Burleson, TX; and her pets, Gertie Mae, Gabby, Pepper, Waylon, Amelia, Sophia and Fiona. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
