He is survived by: his wife Nadine Ratcliff Campbell of Sicily Island, LA; his children, Leslie Campbell (Shawn) of Trout, LA, Ralph Campbell (Heather) of Harrisonburg, LA and Lyndsay Campbell; his stepsons, Luke Lee (Donna) of Sicily Island, LA, John Lee of Sicily Island, LA and James Lee of Sicily Island, LA; and his sisters, Joyce Amburgey of Madison, AL and Linda Rose (Dennis) of Clintwood, VA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
