He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Benjamin Barlow (C. B.) and Lou King; and his siblings, Betty Lou Murphy and Charles Allen Barlow. He is survived by: his son Chad Barlow (Penny); and his sister Nola Charrier. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
