He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Bailey Dousay of Sieper, LA; his daughter Lisa Dousay Perry (Tramp); his grandchildren, Courtney Perry Fredieu (Jamie), Dustin Morgan McPhillips (Brittany), Somer Wilt (Johnny) and Jason Williams (Lily); and his great grandchildren, Perri MaKenna Fredieu, Demi Claire Fredieu, Beau McPhillips, Julian McPhillips, Conner Wilt, Isabella Williams and Clayton Williams.
