With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rodney Wroten of Sikes, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2025 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rodney Wroten to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wroten and Hattie Mae Wroten Flynn; his son Adam Wayne Wroten; and his siblings, Connie Richard, Virginia Singleton, Norma Jean Fusilier, Jimmy Wroten and Rudy Wroten.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Sepulvado Wroten of Sikes, Louisiana.; his sons, Travis (Karla) and Jamie (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Tiffani Connor, Blake Wroten (Katie), Ryan Hayes, Laura Wroten, Karie Stevens (Joshua) and Kegan Dick Aidan Dick (Amber). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren along with nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Southern Funeral Home (202 E Lafayette St, Winnfield, LA 71483). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hart Cemetery (4792 LA-499, Sikes, LA 71473).
