He is survived by: his son William "Billy" Fulks (Melissa); his stepchildren, Tammy Standifer (Greg), Donna Fairchild (William) and Kenny Merchant (Wendy); and his siblings, Mark Fulks (Jney), David Fulks (Diana) and Mary Mann (Kent). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
