He is survived by: his wife Lisa Disotell Addison; his sisters, Gennie Burns and Janet Nelson; his children, Brooke Courtney Addison, Alan Blake Addison and Brittany Michelle Addison; and his grandchildren, Addison Lea Deitenbeck, Zachary Raymond Deitenbeck, Colton James Flair, Everleigh Rose Addison, Michael Nathaniel Addison, Laithan (Andrews) and Whyatt Todd Mosley. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
