He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Albert Small and Louis May Screatchfield; and his grandson Jacob Eyring. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Small; his children, Albert Lewis, Dean Lewis, Pamela Eyring, DeAnna Small, Dennie Small and Darrin Small; and his grandchildren, Alexa Eyring, Elizabeth Small, Isabella Small, Seth Small, Sophia Small and Christian Small. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
