Arthur James Barnes Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2022, at the age of 59, Arthur James Barnes of Slidell, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Frank Barnes Sr. and Lois Miller Barnes; and his sister Deborah Durham Gibson. He is survived by: his son Alexander O'Leary (Sara); his grandsons, Ryland and Decland O'Leary; his siblings, Alvin Frank Barnes Jr. (Thais), Holly McCain (Clair) and Sheryl Rapp (Robert); and his godchild Ryan Rapp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
