He was predeceased by: his grandfather Eric George Herrmann Costello. He is survived by: his parents, Amanda Lynn Costello and Steven Herrmann Costello; his siblings, Madelyn Sue Costello and Cooper Steven Costello; his grandparents, Mickey Farley, Sue Ellen Farley and Karen Costello; his aunt Jenny Tolis; his uncles, Joey Tolis, Eric Costello and Lee Farley; and his cousins, Kadin Tolis, Kalyssa Tolis, Allison Brassette, Angelina Brassette and McKenzie Costello. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
