He is survived by: his former spouse Gerry Thompson; his spouse Neomia Owens Thompson; his son Bronson "Junior" Pennington (Karen) of New Orleans, LA; his close friend Shirley Dean; and his sisters-in-law, Ida L Henry and Essie Thompson (Bill).
