He was predeceased by: his wife Robin Keating Buras; his parents, Edward L. Buras, Sr. and Grace Marie Todaro Buras (Mary); and his brother Edward L. Buras. He is survived by: his children, Jason Buras (Kelley) and Dannielle Buras Sylve (Chad); his grandchildren, Chyler Buras, Camden Buras, Callyn Buras, McKinley Sylve and Londyn Sylve; his siblings, Michael Buras (Isabelle), Louis Buras and Monica Buras Robichaux (late Deacon Will Robichaux); and his pet Blue. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
