It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chien Thi Brooks of Slidell, Louisiana, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anh Dinh Tran and Hang Thi Pham; her child Bucky Phillips; and her sibling Phien Tran. She is survived by: her husband John Henry Brooks; her child Push Phillips; and her siblings, Dien Tran, Mai Tran and Thien Tran. She is also survived by grandchildren.
