He was predeceased by: his parents, Estus Cox and Blanche Cox (Forlouis); his wife JoAnn Zundel; his brothers, Milton and Nelson Cox; and his nephew Glenn Cox.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Holden (Derrik), Kathy Nicolosi, Patti Broussard and Craig Cox; his grandchildren, Patrick Holden, Benjamin Holden, Kenneth "Trey" Nicolosi, Tyler Nicolosi, Kirsten Nicolosi Rivers, Braden "Perry" Broussard, Brennan Broussard and Peyton Broussard; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Avery Broussard, Daphne, Elise Holden, Krew Rivers and Stella Holden.
