She was predeceased by : her parents, James Lee and Catherine Dill Lee; her husband Johnny Maxfield; and her siblings, Bruce Wilson Lee, Margie O'Dell Ponson, Lois Purvis, Faye Maness, George Lee and Glenda Gail Davis.

She is survived by : her daughter Rhonda Kellar (Daniel); her sister Elizabeth Levens (Erle); and her grandsons, Jonathan Kellar and Andrew Kellar. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
