Ortego of Slidell, Louisiana, born in Hessmer, Louisiana, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Jacqueline D. Ortego and Larry J. Ortego; his grandfather Melvin Dauzat; his siblings, Michael Ortego (Summer), Misty Marreo (Ramon), Bridgett Ortego and Dorothy Nichols (Brian); his girlfriend Angela Nunley; his girlfriend's child Sutton; his goddaughter Victoria; his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Ashley, Mila, Emma, Ramon, Chance, Britany, Rayni and Kayla; and his great-nephews, Brody and Jensyn. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
