David Lee Duhon Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Duhon of Slidell, Louisiana, who passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria; his brothers, Kevin and Gary Duhon; his son David Duhon II; his stepdaughter Jessica Jernigan; and his granddaughter Abagail Jernigan.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bordelon Duhon; his daughter Renee Duhon Landry (Martin); his daughter-in-law Stephanie Hebert Duhon; his stepson Kevin Avery; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Duhon Oubre, Addison Duhon, Brooke, Jenna Jernigan, Gabbie, Tori, Elizabeth and KJ Avery; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Ryder and Phoenix Oubre; and his sisters, Sandra Gagliano (Anthony) and Cheryl Rock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the MD Anderson or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in David's memory.
