David Rigney Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Rigney and Thelma Rigney; his wife Elaine Rigney; his children, Amy White, Keri Rayburn and Ian Rigney; his grandchildren, Nick White, Caty Clark, Shane White, Brittni Rayburn, Kieran Rigney, Emerson Rigney, Jaxon Rigney and Dylan White; and his siblings, Nanette Holland and Patrick Rigney. He was also cherished by 12 great-grandchildren and a host of extended family.
The military honors will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery (34888 Grantham College Dr, Slidell, LA 70460).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to veterans' causes are appreciated.
