He was predeceased by: his parents, E. E. "Pinkie" Foil and Mercedes "Deas" Chastant Foil; and his niece Shelly Hatfield. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward E. Foil Jr. (Brenda) of Aurora, Colorado and Clara Foil Hatfield (George); his nieces, Felcia Foil and Maggie Hatfield; his nephew Mark Hatfield; and his great-nephews, Teague and Declan Foil.
