He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lucien Lindemann and Amelia LeJeune Lindemann; his wife Leonora Molinario Lindemann; his daughters, Cynthia L. Palumbo (Fred) and Yvette Lindemann; and his grandson David Lindemann.

He is survived by: his children, Donna Sweeney (Tim), Gary (Sarah), Wayne (Denise) and Kirk (Kim); his sister Barbara Fontenot; and his close friend Carol Bordelon. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
