She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Affleck; her parents, Barney Creamer and Dorothy Creamer; and her brothers, Alan and Ronald Creamer.
She is survived by: her siblings, Doug Creamer (Donna), Wayne Creamer (Cindy) and Donna Morgan (Arthur); and her daughters, Tammy Brewer, Debbie Buttacavoli and Windie Speed. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany Baptist Church (2051 Pierce Rd, Phenix City, AL 36867).
