He is survived by: his parents, Catherine Smith and Ernest Horne; his wife Lisa Harry Horne; his children, Paige Horne Huffman (Jonathan) of Kegley, Keirstin Horne Dixon (Jacob) of Rock and Bryce Horne of Kegley; his grandchild Bentley Dixon; and his siblings, Shannon Perron (Jeff) of Slidell, Jenny Hines (Edward) of Pinetops, Dora Ellen Taylor (Willie) of Lexington, Al Smith (Lisa) of Roanoke, Virginia, Jerry Smith (late Glenda) of Paintlick, Kentucky. and Heather Hill (John) of Bluefield. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
