She was predeceased by: her son Richard Lacombe Jr.; her parents, Thomas Joseph Ochello (Ann Ochello) and Carmela Lavoi Klein (Albert Klein); her siblings, James "Jimmy" Blackwell Jr., Tommy Ochello and Linda Ochello; and her pets, Casper and Baby Boy.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Vullo; her sons, Greg Hamilton (Eileen), Derrick Lacombe (Vicki), Philip Nicaud Jr. and Brian Nicaud (Leslie); and her siblings, Carol Ochello, Connie Paternastro and Charles Ochello. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 12 great-children, three great-great-grandchildren.
