He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Hill Gomez and Johnny Lee Carter; and his sibling Willadine Remmenga. He is survived by: his siblings, Wade DeLoach (Debbie), Kathy Massa (Gerrard), Felipe Carter, Joseph Gomez, James Gomez (Yvonne Gomez) and Janell Gebbia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
