She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Lee Nicks and Victoria Lewis-Nicks; her brother Ernest Lee Nicks, Sr.; and her children, Keith Nicks, Rossano Nicks, Robbin Nicks-Tsibu and Dario Nicks.
She is survived by: her children, Daphne Nicks-Merricks, Michele Nicks, Saimoa Nicks-Farria and Renaldo Nicks; and her grandson Rossano Steele. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Honaker Funeral Home (1751 Gause Blvd W, Slidell, LA 70460). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
